This listing is for a beautiful, antique Swiss “DeFrece”, 7 jewels, enameled, Women’s Nurse Pin watch.
This watch currently is not working.
It doesn’t run and the hands do not rotate
.
It appears to be rose gold in color, but I’m not sure what kind of metal it is made from. The crystal and back can be removed.
The face is printed with “DeFrece” and “Swiss 911”.
The movement’s appearance is clean and bright and is engraved with “DeFrece Watch Co. Inc, Swiss, 7 Jewels, #942”.
The graphics on the Art Deco enameled sections are crisp and the colors are vibrant.
The pin is made of sterling silver.
I do not know how old it is, but I believe it was owned by my grandmother who was a nurse during the 1920s-1940s in the Chicago area.
This watch has numerous small scratches, wear marks, dents, and stains that are typical for a watch of its age.
It is used.
It is missing its winding knob.
As stated earlier, it does not run. The pin and clasp appear to function properly.

I combine shipping for items sold at the same time with the exception of items that will make the package too large to be mailed in one box

I try not to make a killing on postage and handling and I try to be fair (I have even lost money on postage). I like to use US Postal Service’s Priority mail for most items because they automatically come with .00 insurance.
I package items very well. I do not take responsibility for damage caused by improper handling and shipping.
Fragile items are placed in a bag prior to boxing and/or padding to prevent the chance of small parts coming off during shipping (due to rough handling)
and then getting lost in the box or packaging.
Foreign Country Shipping:
