Boulder Dam / Hoover Dam Souvenir Building Paperweight/Bookend (Dodge)

For sale is a very scarce, very heavy souvenir building replica of Boulder Dam, aka Hoover Dam.
It was cast by Dodge (USA) as engraved on the back and shown on the attached sticker.
Compare # 1071 in Monumental Miniatures which dates it to ca. 1950 and assigning it a rarity rating of III/V with a value of 3/6.
This highly desirable version is
not
listed in Replica Buildings: A Visual History.
It measures 3 1/4 W x 3 3/4 D x 3 3/4 H approx.
It weighs a hefty 2 lbs. approximately!
On each side are engraved power lines to symbolize the dam's production of electricity for the region.
The detail in excellent and its condition is excellent.
Unlike other models of the dam, this one by Dodge was cast as a souvenir paperweight or bookend, so heavy it is.
