German WWI Saxony, "Civil" Merit Order 2nd Class
with Swords Silver, period of 1914-1918 awarded for Military service. Small green enamel missing on front section, Rear section appears to have had on upper cross arm edge section repaired as well,  this was due to ware next to another medal when it was mounted years ago
