Around its base it reads:

It is in very good used condition with a warm aged patina.
Aside from the expected wear of a paperweight that is 80+ years old, I would note a very slight ding on the top front side, central tower corner above the letter "T".
It is so slight as to be noticeable only by touch.
The bottom is protected by a green protective pad.
