MACHINE 1 - DOUGH DIVIDER + ROUNDERWith the new machine BALLMATIC1000/COMBI, inserting 30 kg of unleavened dough, you can get already rounded balls of dough in weights from 20 to 800 grams or 0,7 to 28 OZ
The setting of the weight of the ball depends on the diameter of the cone mounted on the machine and the distance between the output of the pasta and the photocell beam.
Thanks to a spiral system with vertical cylinder, it is possible to obtain mixtures perfectly rounded, without which the latter is warmer or alter.
The balls come out well pressed and no air inside.
With this machine you can work up to 280 KG of dough /H
The machine is made in ITALY and complies with all CE regulations in force in accordance with regulations.

MACHINE 2 HOT PIZZA PRESS
Made in Italy, the STARPIZZA Pizza dough press machine is ideal for forming pizza bases 45 cm (18") in diameter. These devices can be easily used by non-specialised operators, and have a steel structure equipped with all the safety devices foreseen by CE and RoHS standards. All the machines are equipped with a ratiomotor, cam, stop timer and plates. The plates: - as they are made out of adhesive proof aluminum they have fast heating times that, together with a reduction in the set temperature from 150/170°C to 130°C due to a special surface treatment, permit significant energy savings; - this treatment makes it easy to slide the pizza disk; - the high quality of the dough is maintained due to the lower temperature; - due to their particular structure, disks of dough can be obtained with a traditional edge. The distance between the plates ranges between 105 mm for the small ones (PF30- 36) and 115 mm for the large ones (PF40-50). The pressing time (from 0.1 to 1.5 sec) and the temperature (150°C-170°C) vary depending on the dough temperature (recommended between 6°C and 20°C). The dough thickness can be easily adjusted by rotating the handle located under the lower plate. If the protective grid is removed, make sure to reassemble it correctly for proper machine operation, otherwise it may not restart. Upon request, the machines can be produced with a 230V/50 Hz (
or 60 hz on request
) power supply and with an inverter operate always with a three-phase motor. The grid can be removed to make it easier and quicker to clean the plates after they have cooled down.
