    My office was flooded with a few inches of water.  The brand new Planmeca
    Promax
    3D with SmartPan 8x8 volume, which I had installed January 2015 had to be moved to take up the flooring.  The tubehead outside covering was cracked during the move.  A light amount of oil was discovered on internal aspect of the covering, even though to date no one can reasonably explain where the the drops of oil came from, and to this day, the tubehead assembly appears 100% functional and without defect.  Henry Schein recommended replacement just in case so the insurance bought a new
    Promax
    3D 8x8 volume tube head assembly even though it worked without problem (I used it daily for about a month while the new one was being shipped).  Item will ship in same packaging that the replacement tubehead assembly was shipped to me from the distributor.
