It is working, I cannot guarantee for how long, but you can see by the progression of the hands in the pictures. Has number inside of 3100784. I cannot open the part that shows inner workings. I can see a hinge that it does open, but don't want to force it. The metal attracts a magnet. Winds on top- is not over wind or broken. Hand returns to top position when top knob is pushed down .
